Of course wine will be served through out the class. You will also receive detailed instruction; a packet of recipes  for all courses prepared, and full portions of our delicious food, humor and fun.

Chef Jeremy Grandon is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York.  He studied seven years at the lauded Tribute Restaurant under James Beard Award-winning Chef Takashi Yagahashi. Jeremy is very passionate about food and wine.
